Hi Alice,
Welcome to our group. We look forward to meeting you soon.
Rick
Hi, I found you on the L.A. Foodies page and I noticed you're interested in good food. I just started an L.A. Foodie Specials meetup group to bring together friends who love food, like yourself, while saving you money when you dine out. We've got fun and adventurous events coming up like the Kitchen Nightmares Meetup, when we'll be exploring the new Santa La Brea after Chef Gordon Ramsey took a trip to LA to turn things around. Hop on board and take a trip with us! http://bit.ly/mummb![]()
Hi, Alice! It was nice to meet u at yesterday's hiking event! I had very nice chat with u! I especially like the fact that I can carry on a normal cantonese conversation with u! c u at future events! ttyl =)
Alice, this weekend didn't work out for the Malaysians group lunch. Still up for next weekend or not?
Little Malaysia in El Monte is really good for popiah and Penang in West Covina is really good for lamb rendang.
If it's cool with everyone, is everyone ok with meeting at Penang in West Covina on Sat Feb 28 around noon? (steven, alice, joey)

Hey Alice, what days are good for you? Trying to coordinate everyone's schedule so we can do this group meal

I totally agree with you Alice... I hope all these shouts will inspire other Cantonese members to start shouting at each others. Just random shouts :)
Alice C,
speaking of Cantonese, do you know Cantonese is a very fun dialect? Please dont consider this as waste talk. Just see how many members I have shouted in the last 5 minutes and you will be amazed.
You know what you can do to make the CLG a better group? It's call participation. Participation can be really fun :)

Hey guys. All of you were listed in the Expat Malaysians Meetups. Are any of you interested in meeting up for a lunch or dinner group at good Malaysian restaurants in the L.A. area for nasi lemak and other yummy dishes? Look at my posting in Feb, 2009 under slim to post a reply. Later.
