Good to know you are learning Chinese language, which is getting even more important in this economy.
One thought is you might want to try Chinese dubbed movies, most of which have English subtitles. They are Chinese dubbed movies for all age groups. Just the kind of Mandarin Chinese you heard in Beijing, China.
Just a thought which I hope can help you improve your Chinese skill.
Keep up with the good work. It's hard, but you will be there.
