Hi Everyone,
Join me at the park for some after-dinner exercise and get to know one another better. We'll meet between 7:45 PM and 8:00 PM at the Almansor Park. At 8:00 PM we'll start the workout program. All levels of fitness are welcome; we will all stay together in a group. I have a basic set of drills, I'll explain more in person. I usually bring a backpack for my jacket, water, etc., it might get cold or just cold from sweating.
MEETING LOCATION:
By the statute near the little kids "Pepsi" playground and circle walking path.
This event will end around 9 PM or 9:30 PM.
**All activities, including exercise, has elements of risk and danger where you may be seriously injured. Tony C. is NOT a qualified personal trainer. By attending this event and you are assuming all risks involved.
